This is not your usual service this day and time. I placed 3 orders Friday afternoon, One with Grizzly,one with CUSA, and one from Woodturningz. The order from Grizzly got to me today from Springfield,Mo. Excellent service I wold say.

This is great, because it gives me a chance to gloat that I live 15 minutes from the Muncy PA Grizzly!!!! Dang, I love walking through the showroom. I don't know what most of the tools are used for, but checking them out makes me feel manly!!!
 
I've bought from Grizz twice. Both times were great service. Good contact and quick order processing. Once it left them, it was up to the shipper. Both times were large tool orders, freight shipping type orders. I would go to Grizz again without question.
 
Don't mean to bust anyone's bubble but I don't think it happened that way because it's Grizzly. Being from the Springfield area I have to tell ya it's because of the inborn drive to supply great service to our customers. Ya just don't get service like that from outside of the Springfield or Greater Greene County area.

I ordered a lathe and accessories from Grizzly early last week. Out of stock:frown: on the lathe until mid-October. My wife may change her mind by then and not let me buy it.

Let me get this straight, Larry. Someone from greater Greene County went with the order all the way to Georgia because no one else would supply the service Perry got???? :rolleyes::biggrin::rolleyes:
