I think that is how his sign in name is spelled... I dont know

Ok, So i recently started messing around with kitless construction. I almost instantly ran into problems because i was trying with PR blanks. So, not having any alumilite, I wanted to try a couple of blanks to see if i could make it work any better. I asked on the casting forum for someone to trade me a couple of blanks.

Jeff offered to send me a couple of blanks but wanted no PR blanks cause he doesnt use that material. He asked me to pay shipping and that was it. Well, He shipped the box and i recieved it today. I cant even pay the shipping for another week or so. I was hoping for something like what is in the first picture. I would have been psyched with just that...

OH NOOOO>>>>>>> Not Jeff, He has to show off. The second picture is what i actually recieved.

Seriously, THANKS JEFF!!! I am very excited to do some kitless stuff with this material. And just for the record, I will go ahead and at least tube the scroll blanks.

Congrats... My wife was commenting the other day about what a good group of people pen turners/wood turners seem to be. It sounds like Jeff is no exception.

Yup! Oklahoma trailers often become Kansas trailers during 'Nado season!!
