Don't you hate it when you know you have something, but just can't find it. I bought a pine cone blank from Karl Kuehn a long time ago. I know I have it around here somewhere. I really want to try it out. It is black acrylic cast pine cone that he called Dragon Scales. And for the life of me, I can't find the damn thing.

If you are like me, you won't find it until you replace it. Then you will have two.

As you probably know, Karl has disappeared off the penturning earth. So, can't replace it. But I did buy some from Exotic. Which are wonderful, but I still want to find that one blank.

Steve you must be having a man look!! let the wife have a girly look, :frown: happens too me all the time, the wife can always find it.:biggrin:

You too! My wife has a very unique way of finding things. She looks UNDER things, and BEHIND things. She's tried to teach me, but I just don't get it:mad:.

Good gosh, don't ever say something is lost, when my wife or her mother is in the room. It is like the gun shot to start a race. They WILL NOT rest until that object is found, even if they don't know what they are looking for. You need to tell them what it is or they'll kill themselves looking for heavens-knows-what.

Do you rent them out? I have a few things I have not been able to find recently.

Is my wife there? She will put things up before I'm done. I have to ask her where'n the hell is my thingybob!

ROTFLMAO!!!!! I tell LOML all the time, "Hon, you can't just stand there and expect it to jump on you. You have to lift stuff up and move it around!" I'm glad you guys are big enough to admit it:eek::wink::biggrin:

Hummm, my eldest daughter must be the type that bucks the general rule. She has a phobia about looking under things and behind things. So, not all women are good at finding things.

What I hate is when I can't find something and it is right in the open, in front of me.

My wife has earned the title of "Juli, Finder of all lost things".

If something is missing (usually my wallet or keys etc.) she can find it within seconds. She has taken the art to the next level... She looks under things, behind things, and inside pockets!!!

Steve,

You probably just did like I always do...Put it in that special place that you will never forget where you put it...

I hate when I do that because I can never find it!!

I believe it is under the bed covered up by that odd sock that you couldnt find a match for when it came out of the dryer.
