Thank you to John Goodin (Johnnycnc).

The rotor on my heater broke last winter, no rotor=no heat, so I tried to purchase one through customer service only to find out they were filing chapter 11 and could not get one. After a week, I finally found a place that had just one and was told this was pretty common. I replaced the part and got about 12 hours out of it before it shattered as well.
I once again tried the CS number and their website and they no longer exist, out of business.
I contacted John and gave him my dimensions on a prototype part to try and two days later it was in my hand. Even with his busy schedule, he made time to help me out. I installed the new and improved rotor, and now I'm back in service. It is working great and hope it continues to.

I just can't thank John enough.
