They weren't a joke, just a great example of why a play off is needed.

Quite frankly I'm suprised they did so well with the sloppy seconds that first tier teams passed over for better recruits.

However, they did lead the nation in offensive efficiency, practically scoring at will, and put up 25 points on a vaunted UF defense that saved Florida's butt in every game they played except the Alabama game.

But anyway, I'm excited that the only team I really care about won, and the Big 10 has gone a long way this bowl season to slug off the moniker that EsecPN has put on them as being big, slow, and over rated.

Cinci hadn't seen a D like the Gators all year; they didn't play top quality teams all year until last night: USF, UConn, Pitt, Louisville, Rutgers?!?!?

You might need to move down here. LSU had a lot of good players hurt so maybe next year. Brees and some other players are not playing this Sunday I hope this does not throw them off.

I'm not making excuses for Ohio States loss to Florida not at all. Just happy to have the 3 consecutive loss bcs games monkey off our back.

I watched the whole game and never saw Florida's defense let up at all. I wont even comment on sportsmanship aspect due to the fact that they kept Tebow in and let him run up the score.

I'm not making excuses for Cincinnati as I particularly don't care for them and their cockiness thinking that they are top of the heap in Ohio football when most of the Cinci area high schools play better defense than UC does. Two successful years in football does not a great program make.

Cav, if it gets that bad come on over here, we have a couple of indoor shooting ranges, it is one of the best ways of relaxing that I know of. I even have a couple of rifles cleaned and ready to go at all times.

Wooo Piggg Sooieeee! :biggrin: Even though my half baked Arkansas team won because of ECU's 4 missed field goals, I am still a devoted SEC fan at heart. To make it worse the LOML who is the SWMBO went to State Penn. She loves to point out their wins to me. :frown:
