I did a thing today

The kit was a Ligero, and the blank was Amboyna from @Rolandranch . This is my first pen with a figured wood and maybe my 5th or 6th pen i have completed. Was nervous for a good portion, probably used CA when I didnt need to during the turning process, but figured I would rather be safe than sorry. Finished it with Rubio Monocoat (uncolored) just to see what that looked like.

Great pen! And it doesn't hurt to be extra cautious. I still am cautious after 18 years of turning on delicate woods and blanks.
