Hi from west SD, I have some questions but the basics about me are, 2 old lathes, 2 carbide tools, love the skew, I have been turning for about 2 years. What else should I say? One question I don't have time to read 80 new posts a day, I am home schooled. How can I mark some of the posts read without reading them?:confused:

Welcome aboard! If you use the New Posts button (^^^^ up there) it will only show posts that are new since your last visit.

Levi; Exactly what it says. You didn't read them when you were on the forum previously (your choice, of no interest to you), and they haven't been updated to have any new info that you might be interested in.

Best I can explain to you! Anybody do any better, in fewer words?:biggrin:Have at it!

Further, you'll find most forums are exactly the same!
 
Levi, if you look at the main forum board you will see folders next to the forum catagories. If you just double click on the folder it will mark all of the posts as being read.
 
I don't have an answer to your question, but would like to welcome you to our group.

I have a brother who lives in Rapid. Beautiful country--the Black Hills are awesome.
 
Thanks I got it to work. Being home schooled I don't have an hour every morning to read new posts(even though I would like to mom wouldn't let me).
