At least using this material will feel like cheating. 6 x 6 x 2, should easily get 12 blanks from it. Of course it might not work at all. Found on ebay, I think it was called Italia plywood.

No stoppers for me, I made ten to sell and I'm pretty sure I still have 8, just not good sellers, at least for me.

I found it on ebay, as far as I know they just had this one color.

Thanks. I checked it out and he has some other colors but not the red white and blue. I will search the name of the wood some and see if it is available elsewhere. Makes an interesting looking pen. I like odd stuff.
