Hurricanes

Well, it is a little late coming this year, but the Tropics are starting to breed storms that could become hurricanes. Hurricanes Andrew and Charley were both in years that were late starting. We don't need that again. Andrew stayed mostly in south Florida, but Charley passed directly over us with winds of 135 MPH at the local airport. We are watching Ana and Bill that could impact Florida later this week. Might get some good wood out of it though.

We would just be happy with the rain...been so very dry the past 4 weeks...

Hey Ken,
I'm scheduled to fly into Ft Myers this Thursday to visit my Father who is at Peace River Regional Hospital (he lives in Boca Grande). I'm watching the storms closely and hope it avoids Fla or has little effect.
