I just went to this same show in Houston.
It was really small for the price I paid to get in. Do print the $2 coupon for a door discount.
CSUSA had a booth there with free pen turning lessons, but they didn't have their complete pen kit lineup there to buy, which is why I went (to save on shipping)... just a few basic newbie kits. The whole thing was set up to get new business, not work with us established turners.
The bright part of the show for me was the guy who has this amazing little invention for cutting crown moulding right the first time. I gotta buy his setup for my room renovation I'm doing in the front part of my house.
