Hunting for a Mason

Good morning everyone. I have been asked to make a gavel for an outgoing Mason. I have often admired the person's sig. on this site with the turning "G" in the middle of what looked to me like a compass. I have since found out this is the insignia of the Masons. Would this person please email me, I have some questions and maybe you can help. Thanks so much!

I think that was "Old Griz" and he isn't here anymore. But, you should be able to find the logo on the net.

If you mean that he is the outgoing Master of a/the Lodge, this ring has the emblem of a "past master".
