Greetings,

The wife and I just picked up a mini lathe and are just beginning our journey into turning. I picked up a couple of starter kits and we have turned three pens so far. Were having fun and learning. I recently discovered IAP and joined today. Looking forward to getting into all the information so graciously shared on the site.:)

Hey Jack, good to see you folks.......IAP's a great place to hang out. Lots of knowledge and great people and great wood available here.
 
Welcome to the world of pen making, lathes, and related fun. Watching a lathe spin is more productive (and likely less costly) than watching slot machines spin. :biggrin:
