Casting Horse Hair Pen Blanks - Help needed

I want to make a pen blank from some horse hair. I am thinking that the hair would be braided or wrapped around the tube and then cast in clear resin. I, however, am not a caster, so I am looking for help. I don't have the equipment, the molds, nor the time to come up the learning curve.

I will send you the hair and the tubes. For a fee, you would put the hair on the blank, cast it, and send it back.
