This is the "Official" list for shipping of the blanks. Please Private message the person above you with your shipping address. The person on the top of the list (Mr. Scratcher) would then give his shipping info to the person on the bottom of the list.

So, in summary, you will be shipping your blanks to the person below you on THIS LIST. The names were all randomly pulled from a hat to insure an even chance for everyone to get blanks from PR Princess!



REMEMBER. You must send at least three homebrew blanks. I personally plan on getting a flat rate box, and filling it with all kinds of goodies, homebrew, and some extras!

Well turn around is fair play, I won some wonderful blanks from the Princess during the 5th anniversary trivia contest now she gets stuck with my mess of PR.
 
that is wild!

I already sent two PM's. One to Mr. Scratcher with my shipping info, and one to Mr. Subbie asking what he turns and some shipping info... looking forward to the finished products. Lots of R&D about to happen i think.
 
My address has been sent. Got some good ideas for my stuff to be sent. I'm gonna go ahead and throw together a flat rate box, it will be best on postage. I've got some new kits already to go when mine arrives.

I sent my contact info and contacted my receiver for her address. I have some kits arriving on Tuesday that should make some cool looking pens.

Can't wait to see what others techniques people are using for blanks.

Mike...Im selecting some special blanks for you...1 is a "worthless wood" that was just made, you will get at Least 1 from the post you mentioned.

Well it is a good thing some of the blanks will already be round because I am using copper pipe for my mold, or should I address the package to you Ed.

well i got my box for shipping today! Should go out tomorrow. Oughtta be a nice little haul!
 
Man, this box would hold about all of my blanks. Guess i shoulda got a smaller box... oh well.


Ready for shipment:

4 Homebrew pen blanks of different pours
2 homebrew half blanks for keychains or whatever
2 homebrew pieces for center bands and such
2 homebrew bottle stoppers
1 corian sandwich pen blank
3 corian "pendant" squares
1 small piece of corian
1 drainage pipe pen blank
2 reclaimed wormy American chestnut blanks
1 compressed bamboo blank
1 small slab (2 or 3 pens) purpleheart
1 small (3 by 4 by 1) walnut piece
1 long lacewood blank
2 camphor half blanks
2 walnut pen blanks
1 Birch pen blank
1 bubinga blank
1 unknown heavily spalted punky burl blank
1 short koa blank with some nice contrast between heart and sap.
1 Redbud limb section

Not a bad haul... hope you like it! everything is marked for convenience. I also hope this inspires others to go a little extra with their box!

And i may find something else to fill space. the box is no where near full yet.

I wasn't trying to make anyone look bad. I want everyone to be EXCITED about the next homebrew trade! Between Dawn's AMAZING blanks, and my Santa Claus approach, Everyone should be standing in line to get in on one of these trades!

I am not worthy

I just got my blanks from Jay, and all I can say is I am not worthy, what a hull, his blank look better in there raw state then mine look turned, once I turn them I am sure my home brew blanks will crumble from embarrassment, all I can say is WOW and thank you, I hope I can do them justice, unfortunately I won't be able to turn one until Tue.:frown:

My box is going out tomorrow. It has been a hell of a week at work!!! It is later than I had desired to get it out so I did like Ron and packed my box full. It's not one of those small flatrate boxes, it is a midsized flat rate and it is full......

4 pieces each of 4"x4"x.5" corian:
- Cargo
- Forest Rain
- Sequoia
- Evergreen
- Storm Blue
1 bottle stopper (I cheated. I didn't pour this) It was an experimental pour that I received. If you can make something of it, then great. I have many more and wanted to see if someone else could use it....
1 chuck of the following pieces of wood:
- Walnut
- Cherry
- Padauk
- Red Oak
- Angelique
- Mahogany
- Kingwood

I have so much extra stuff in the shop. Hopefully you can use some of it!!!

Almost forgot..... 4 homebrew:
- Tranparent Green Pearlex
- Blue/Gold Pearlex
- Green pearlex with blue pearlex ribbons
- Black & White powder paint with red powder paint chunks

I figured, I had to pass along some extras since I received my bonus box from Ron today.

MAN. If i knew you had Corian, i wouldn't have sent any. That stuff is kinda hard for me to find (The stuff i gave to you was a tidbit of what was given to me by Roy at our last chapter meeting). Speaking of hard to find... You don't have any more big hunk of Corian laying around you want to get rid of do you??

It's hard to see, but the clear ones are money (top and bottom Cigar tubes) and a feather (sierra). Also a worthless wood blank, a blue green in white, an orange that looks very 50/50 Bar-ish, and an oatmeal blank.

I'm waiting to hear back about what kind of wood is in there, and what kind of feather. I think I know what kind of money... ;)

Those are some cool names! Froot cocktail, windswept meadow.. Good looking blanks! I look forward to everyones pictures!
