Hey Texas want you weather back? They are predicting 1-4 inches of snow here early tomorrow morning and through out the day. Sacramento doesn't own snow removal equipment. Might walk over the nearby Freeway overpas and watch the fun during comute time.
Last time it snowed here was about 40 years ago. Californians can't drive in mountains in the snow how the "H" are they going to do on flatland and no snow plows. Yesterday they thought 70 in the fog was ok and now their insurance rate will be going up.

I don't think they are much used to snow south of the Red River. I think that is MinneSNOWta weather!
 
Update

6:AM No snow in the city of Sacramento, but it is snow close by. We are at 25' above sea level so looks like we won't see any at my house. It is raining but cold and small drops. The local channel are treating it as a major story, which for the outlying area it is, roads and schools are being closed. So it off to the gym for me and then some shop time.
