Would anyone know where I could find a list of the bushing sizes for the different pen kits? I dropped my bushing case on the way to put them in small baggies in the case.:( So now I have a bunch of bushings that I cannot match to any kits. Thank you in advance for your help. Mike

Sorry, Mike; but there is no such animal. A number of people have assembled bits and pieces of information; but there is no comprehensive list that I know of. I have compiled all of the published information into a single list; but it is still very incomplete. Guess I have information for no more than 20% of the currently available kits. Since you are asking for measurements, I assume you must have a caliper or micrometer. That being the case, all you have to do is measure your hardware and measure the bushings and you should be able to match up most of them without any trouble except for the time involved. I will email you a copy of my chart for whatever use it may be to you. Hope you are into CSUSA kits as that is where I have the most information.

Mike ... there is a bushings chart on the TPS home page. When you open the page, click on the name of the bushing and a graphic will open with the specific bushing size.

The Pen Shop website has some listed with measurements. Here is the URL: http://www.thepenshop.net/bushings.pdf

I hope they add to this valuable resource. I'm lazy about putting bushings away, and I have several that I can't identify!!! I now store bushings and matching delrin bushings for each pen type in a ziplock bag marked with a sharpie. I only open one when it is in use, and when I'm done - it goes right back in the ziplock!

Best,

Those tiny bushing bags are a pain for me. I now put my bushings in the bag a matching pen kit comes in, it is already labeled and much easier to read (and open).

Thanks guys for all of your advise and help. I am painstakingly going through the kits and trying to match by size, as you stated Randy it is very time consuming and upsetting as it is turning time that I am losing.[:(] Thanks again. I will try to keep all of my information organized and maybe I can add it to any other lists there are and we cam compile a more complete listing of the bushing specs.[:)]

Harbor Freight occasionally has these cool plastic boxes that are just made for holding bushing sets. Each box is say 8" by 12" by 2" high, and holds about 24 small plastic boxes WITH LIDS inside it. The small interior boxes are just right for one set of bushings, and the lids have room to write the kit name. Think I paid the princely sum of $3 each for the three I bought.

Of course they do work much better if you remember to put the bushings back into them when you finish the pen.... [:I]
