Help! Wood ID?

A Friend of mine gave me a bit of this wood and told me it was Tiger wood. It didn't look like it too me, and still dosn't. Was hoping some one here could help ID it for me. Sorry pic is not the greatest, nor is the finish on this one, will be redone soon. Thanks for any help!

Definitely not tiger wood. Also think it is lacewood.

He probably meant leopardwood.

Looks more like Leopardwood as Lou said! Lacewood (rouplala) tends to be a bit less orange and darker, but very similar grain?

Big thanks to everyone for all the replys! And after looking at the site that DCBluesman posted i believe that it is leopard wood. Pics on website look identical to the stock i was given. Big differnce between a loepard and tiger!
