Jennifer, mine did the same thing.I took the switch off and took it apart. There are two copper tabs in it for contacts when you toggle the switch. You can remove those and bend them slightly and replace them. Hope this helps. If not,PSI should have a replacement.

ok, that didn't work..Yes, i've checked all breakers, all outlets...It's all new wiring, so no issues there....ARG!!!....won't be able to do more tonight 2:45am comes fast....
if you can think of anything else, or where would i take the switch box to have someone look at it, let me know...thanks guys

Try a jumper across the terminals of the switch. That will rule out the switch if nothing happens. You could always check it with an ohm meter to see if the switch is closing if you have the meter.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, here and by pm...I took the switch box apart, cleaned it all out....undid the terminals...bent them to make sure of a good connection...SUCCESS... even tho everything looked good, i guess it needed a bit of tweaking....So i'm back at it....until the next time :)
Thanks!!
Jennifer
