Help to identify pen kit

These kits were donated to our woodshop but we do t know name of the pen. Anyone recognize? The cap is very heavy.

Can you turn the cap so we can see the clip better and maybe a shot of the top of the cap. Sometimes the cabachon will give it away. Just from a quick look it looks an overseas kit and not one from our normal vendors.

It does help but I have no clue. I thought that clip had two prongs to it. But that is no kit I ever seen. Still think that comes from overseas like UK or someplace like that. Single tube like a sierra line but the nib is short and stubby.
 
Linda, I am sorry I did some searching and came up empty on the kit name. Maybe others who come in after the weekend will be able to help. Good luck.
 
Thanks for researching. I couldn't find. Guess I will turn one and see how I can do. Our shop making pens for Veterans Day celebration next fall at our 55+ resort so would like to use since they were donated!
