HELP!!!! Problem with Canadian Shipping

Was making a shipment through the USPS site like I have done numerous times before. When the Customs Declaration Page came up, this was a new addition.
When I click on the link I get this page - http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/regulations/regs/
Any one know WTH this is?????

I was able to print through PP with out this coming up.

Looks like somebody in the department of commerce wasn't busy for a while and has made a few new changes... just more governmentese speak.

I don't know what's up with that, but i know that USPS now charges 8 dollars instead of 5 for brokerage fees...sounds like they're getting on the customs fee bandwagon, perhaps?

I'm in need of some glue, Monty...let me know when you get it figured out!
