I have found sweat works well believe it or not.

Yep, it does work:biggrin: I first heard this on.....wait for it....
....The Simpsons !!!!

But working up a sweat is hard work, so I just grab my wife's or daughter's nail varnish remover.

thanks guys, loml just ran to get some nail polish remover to try, go figure three girls in the hoyuse and didnt have any...

Ok well nail polish soak works... Mental note, DO NOT use Thin ca on small parts without gloves!

I just rip my fingers apart or tear off what is stuck. Lots of thick skin on my hands lol. Needless to say it bonds fast but I have never had an " injury" by ripping the stuff apart.

Try some Vaseline. Rub a lot of it along your fingers. You may have to do this several times over a 20-30 minute period. Then, use a paper towel to rub it all off. You should be able to get the glued pieces off, and it saves pulling your skin off.

Good luck.

Ok... Dennis.. Just one more thing (hopefully you come back and ready this thread).....

You've discovered the "glue yourself" part of CA.... Just in case you haven't heard it there is another danger... the "burn yourself", especially with thin and VERY especially around an accelerator. Remember that CA doesn't always harden, even when exposed to air... If you get CA on yourself somewhere it can stay wet for a while... If you spray an accelerator, you can get a nasty burn!

Be safe!

I use the CA remover. I also use the acetone, but when it gets on the skin, the
CA remover works a lot better (and faster)
