Can someone help me identify this kit pen. I was sent it to repair

It was given to him by his wife who passed away

I didn't have the heart to turn him down when he told me it has sentimental value because his wife passed away

I need to get a new twist mechanism

Well, it's a cigar kit of some sort. I'd try seeing if any transmissions fit from kits you might already have.
