Help identify this pen.

We have a pen that we cannot identify. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like an Elegant American pen kit by Crooked Mill Woodworking, though it's missing the black trim ring(which is loose when changing refill) in the middle.

Edit: Or the Hart Double Twist if the transmission extends the refill in both directions. The Elegant American only extends in one direction.
