HELP!!!! Engraving services

I am desperately in need of information about people who may do wood engraving. I have had several customers ask about this but don't follow through with the information I need to give them an accurate quote. Is there anyone on IAP who does engraving who can tell me approximately how much to expect to pay for engraving of pens, boxes, and other items. I have a current customer who wants me to build her three pictures frames and wants them engraved with her kids names (one on each) in a particular script.

I use a trophy company. They have a laser engraver and it works great. He charges me $5 a pen for names. Pictures would be extra, boxes with lots of words goes into a per character deal.

You should call and talk to Ken of Kallenshan engraving. He has a fast turn around, costs are reasonable. He is a pen maker and does wonderful work Here is a link to his site
