Hey all... sorry to take so long to find the "introductions" page. although I have been a member for about 19 months & have been to the Vendors forum lots of times, this is the first time I have visited here. I am a newbie when it comes to on-line sites, so I do a lot of "stumbling around."
I am also a novice in the pen making department as I just picked up the hobby during rehab after my last bout of cancer (3 years now)
Right now I'm enjoying life & pen turning.
I am open to anyone who may wish to clue me in & show me the "ropes" so to speak & will accept constructive criticism from most anyone...

Welcome Ric - and I'm glad you found some of the parts of the site already!

The Casual Conversation section is a good place to shoot the breeze, and the Show of Your Pens section is meant for just that - showing a picture of your latest pen!

Have a look around those two sections, and I'm sure you'll get the hang of how it works!

It's a very welcoming place - so don't be afraid to jump in and ask/comment/talk/etc.... if you have questions, there's always someone with an answer!

As you say you are from The Great White North, is this in reference to Bob & Doug McKenzies TV Show back in the 80's? Could you also be a fellow "hoser"?
