I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd introduce myself. I am married to a trim carpenter who came home one day with a lathe he found on Craig's List. I've always been interested in wood turning so I immediately picked up my first pen kit and have been hooked ever since! I've made around 16 pens so far, and I've only been doing it a couple of months, lol. I guess I've become a bit obsessed.

I joined the forums hoping to find new ideas and expand my working knowledge of my new hobby. I'm looking forward to the experience.

Welcome to the group from Wichita Falls, Tx! You should stop while you are ahead! LOL , although it may be too late, as it sounds like the vortex has grabbed you already!
 
Mrs. Tigerlily (Cheryl), a big hello from Shawnee Ok. Where in Ok are you located? We hold meetings at my place a couple times a year, hope to see you and Mr. Tiger (Mr. Whalen) we do demos , talk pens, sales of pens and generally have a good time and eat..
