Hello from North Carolina

Hi, I am a new member in Lexington, NC. I have lurked for a couple of weeks and just now taking the time to post to this thread. I have been turning for several years and now just really getting into pens. I have just opened a retail location for my engraving business and plan to sell some pens in my shop. I have been in the engraving business since 1998 doing business for corporate accounts only and now with the retail location opening, I now have a 50 watt laser so can engrave on my pens as well! Maybe I will pick up some business from this forum at some time. I have a website I am working on now and it is actually up in a small way now. Site is www.dankoengraving.com. Some of my pens are on display there. That is not my main reason for being in this forum. That would be to learn from others in this group. There are some really fine craftsmen here and I appreciate quality work!!
