Thought I would introduce myself. I've been lurking for a couple weeks looking at some of the pens and articles. Wow do my pens look like they have a long way to go. I've been turning off and on since last December when I received the Penstate Turncrafter with the starter set of slims.
So far my biggest battle has been with the pens turning off center and out of round. I guess I will be trying to turn between centers once I can pick up the necessary accessories.
I'll have to see about getting to one of the local meetings in Raleigh in the next month or two.
This is definitely an addictive hobby and can get to be as costly as the leather working hobby. Especially when I am mostly making them as gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
Enough rambling for one post.
Thanks for reading I'll post some pens in the show off once I get them off the camera.
