I was going to do a re-intro but searched and don't see that I had one when I signed up back in 2008. I pretty much stopped turning 4 years ago, after my big 40. Turned a few pens since for gifts. But this past Christmas decided I'm getting older, kids are getting onto their own things. Time for me to pick up on my hobbies again.
I finished 2 rough turned bowls, about 30 pens and playing with some other turnings in the last month. Signed up and ready to ship first package of Freedom Pens.
I look forward to all the changes in the past few years. I read a bunch of the IAP content the last couple of weeks. Still putting my shop back in order. Needed a drastic cleaning, found stuff I didn't remember buying. Found that my RAS was recalled and waiting on the motor refund, planning to reuse the rest of the saw carriage for fluting on the lathe.
Should be fun the second time around.
