It's nice to find a place with so many experienced people doing a craft the stay excited about. I've done some woodworking before. Cabinets, boxes, bookshelves, etc. last year i picked up a Jet 1014 midi lathe in a thrift store for a good price and a set of mid size carbide tools . Made a couple things and it seems like a fun hobby. Going to start making some pens as soon as the bushings come in . I have some kits and will make the blanks myself, i have some nice scraps to use.
