I've got 3 boys and one girl, love them all equal but have always called the girl Daddys little girl ...................and she's 45
 
You are the most fortunate of couples! Having had three, I can tell you that the years between 11 and 18 are murder, but after that, they stay connected, come back regularly, exercise near-parental concern for you, and (if you're REALLY lucky), bring you grandchildren.

That having been said, plan to stock up on your favorite artificial relaxer in about 11 years.

Whoaahhh not so fast Aaron no rush. Are you sure you don't want mine? She is 15 months old and I am looking for a break. She is really cute. I have 3 already so if you want to borrow one if mine pm me. Lol. Congrats pops. You will love it. Except for when they have temper tantrums. Scream, throw things, poop and take off their diaper and paint. Chew on a hand crafted pen you left out on the table cause you were busy. Oooppps sorry. It's gonna be great.
 
As a proud pops of 2 girls. My advice get a non registered shotgun have it sitting by the recliner for when the boys get brave and come by. Introduce them to the gun and explain what will happen if they do anything not appropriate. LOL

Kids are a real life changer, as you'll soon discover. That's a good thing, though.
Enjoy her while she is young.....she'll grow up TOO fast.

Congrats, we just had our second girl, they are so much fun. Course I'm still 6 years away from the dreaded teenage years.
 
Congrats to you both.. Your first? My little boy is 2 now and he is definitely a daddy's boy. IF it's your first, you will notice it is hard to remember what life was like prior to being a dad.
 
CONGRATS. Daughters are precious. I was lucky and got 1 daughter but with 8 brothers.. she was somewhat a tom boy growing up.
 
Good job Aaron ! Girls are great . I have proof in my life . 2 daughters , 5 grand daughters , 3 great grand daughters and 2 in the oven . 1 son ! :confused:

Not to jack your thread, but I just found out this morning I'm having a boy. Our kids should date! (y'know, in 25 years or so, hahaha)
