Fortunately for me, none of you guys are my dad, and I may even be old enough to be yours, but want to wish all of the dad's out there a happy father's day.

On that note, what do you have planned or more correctly what does your family have planned for you to celebrate.

We are going out to lunch and then shopping.. just the wife and I, our children are all grown and scattered to the winds and mostly will get phone calls later today or this evening.

My wife has a large late breakfast planned. Hopefully a call from my son later and then figuring a way to stay cool. 96 yesterday with stifling humidity. And most likely watching the finish of the US Open, along with a few moments remembering my father.

Happy Father's Day to all!

Thanks, Happy Fathers day to everyone.
I am in Jersey visiting my girlfriends father, then the drive back to the Poconos to spend with my dad and son. Looking forward to a nice relaxing day.

Happy Fathers Day! I just finished a big brunch made by LOML. Earlier I was out in the shop trying to get a few things done. Every day is kind of running together for me now, and I am trying to keep busy.

And a Happy Fathers day to each of you. Waiting for my kids to come and have dinner. Reflecting on something my Father once said................"son, now I know why animals eat their young"!! Dang I miss him, really!!!!:frown::frown::frown:

I have my parents coming over for dinner and just went out and bought enough king crab legs to feed a regiment. I know my nephew is back in town and he can eat. It looks like dinner for about 20 tonight. This is supposed to be relaxing??? Happy fathers day everyone.

I got to sleep , something I rarely do these days . It's pouring rain ...AGAIN!!!!... so no BBQ today . Now for a few unintrupted hours in the shop ... priceless

HAPPY FATHERS DAY guys .

Totally relaxing. Put the new tire back onto the Toy Hauler. Purchased some gas preservative and gear oil. We had purchased a dollie to move the Toy Hauler to the Surburban and it was shipped to us DRY. Had a brief flirtation with the idea of somehow combining Traditional Roller Ball pen and the 30/06 bullet. It was a vrey brief flirtation. Told Mary I'd be inside by 3:00 and was five minutes late, but she didn't notice. Then we barbecued pork shoulder ribs on the barbecue and they turned out just great. I went throught the Houston Chronical, as ususual and now it is time for ICE CREAM.
