She actually came to the Kentucky Derby a few years ago.

I understand that she was overheard to say "This whole horse race and mint julip thing is quite nice, but I still prefer a tall glass of chilled gin and a good game of footie" while at the derby. Shortly thereafter she was seen pointing and saying "look, that hat is even sillier than mine!"

Ahhh the Mint Julep. Absolutely the worst tasting drink known to man. They charge 10 bucks for it at the derby and most people buy it for the souvenir glass. And the hats are just incredible at the derby. It's like who can wear the craziest hat contest. Some of the women spend thousands on a hat that they only wear once.
