According to article 2 of the 501(c)3, and the first paragraph of the instructions for Form 1099, not withholding any errors created by subtracting line C with line F and claiming dependency with other households which in turn could create a rollback in your tax statement for the year 1976, it appears that you are entitled to claim the mentioned year as your birth year. Therefore, today it must be your BIG DAY!! So, with this being said as clear as any government tax form I've ever read..............HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
