New to this whole thing and really like the idea. Got a hand me down lathe that I am pretty sure will do the job. I am a mechanic, customizer, warehouse manager and currently pollution control for a lead smelter.

Though you might like to know a couple of days ago, our forecast temp was 41 deg C, a mere 104.8 deg F, fortunately it didn't make it.

Welcome to IAP. Not an old member myself - just enjoy the companionship.

My son finished a University co-op in Minneapolis/St Paul two weeks ago. He said there was not a lot of snow (Compared to the Ohio snow belt), but very cold!!! He loved your area. Now he gets to Graduate from College and join the rest of the country trying to get/hold/successfully switch/end/ etc...a JOB!

Have a great time here - a lot of knowledge, a lot of information and many suggestions!

Sorry about this, welcome from sunny Sanford Florida. High today 74-75 80% chance of rain. Yes it did rain all day. Easier to shovel than snow.
 
Welcome from Southern California! I have no idea what the temp was today, but the winds were kicking up making allergies run wild.
 
One thing you gotta say about the fine folks in the twin cities----they are very generous with sending THEIR weather to Wisconsin!! Six below this morning!!
