This morning I will be going to the bank with a check for $300 for 10 pens I sold yesterday. They were sold to a member of our Neighborhood Watch group. She picked 6 European/Acrylic pens with Ti Gold or Platinum and 4 Button Click Sierras, 2 Chorme/Acrylic, 1 Blue Dyed Buck Eye Burl and 1 Ti Gold/Rattle Snake. I had about 35 pens for her to choose from but she wasn't interested in the ones with Desert Irowood, or any of the other nice wood Sierras or Cigars. The Euro's went for $25 and the Sierras went for $40-45 depending on the blank

So this morning after the bank off to WC to purchase a Beal polishing system. and some other supplies and the rest will go for Bottle Stopper blanks and kits. Probably will go for the YoYo Spin Bottle Stopper blanks sold by AS and the Stainless Bottle Stopper on the Group Buy. I have a good supply of pen kits and blanks. Don't plan on doing big shows as that is too expensive for the space rental. I will do some small local craft shows put on by the Eagles and nearby churchs this fall. I am just happy I could sell some and help pay for this great hobby.

ALRIGHT!!! Way to go! Those first sales will always be a great memory... and they justify buying more tools!

If you're talking about the Beall triple buff system, just so you know, something similar can be made from some hardware and three buffing wheels, for about $30... Worked great for me.
