Grinder Question

Is this a good grinder fro sharpening tools?

I prefer an 8 inch slow speed grinder. The one woodcraft sells works great. Pretty much the same price and if you catch free shipping makes it better. So in my opinion "not for me".

Delta does make an 8 inch variable speed, which IMHO would be better than the 6inch one.

Woodcraft.com has a 2 speed grinder on clearance for $99.99 with free shipping, (I believe-I could be wrong). My local WC does not have any left but you might check if you have one local. I have the slow speed and I have not had any problems with it.

Yes, I got the Woodcraft 2-speed for $99 w/free shipping. After some research it seemed like a good deal. I am happy with it.

For that kind of money, I think there are better alternatives.
