New guy here on this site. i've been turning pens for a little over a year now
and really enjoy it. My wife and I will be spending the month of Jan in Hendersonville N.C. I would love to meet any turners in the local area and perhaps attend a local chapter meeting. Are there any of you there ?

Mark, welcome to the IAP. A quick look on the home page here, will give the link to the library. There you can find a wealth of info on many facets to the sport.
Before long, you will run into one of the favorite post here, "No photos, didn't happen." so get your camera out and show us your successes. By the way, almost no one shows what goes into the OS bin.
