Hi All, I am a complete newbie to pen turning.

Actually I am a complete newbie to any kind of wood turning.

Initially I wanted to turn monster bowls.

Having seen the minute detail and talent that goes into making pens ....... I'm hooked on the idea.

Have just received a load of stuff from Pennstate to get me started.

Looking forward to learning and to making some kind of contribution to the community.
