Just thought I'd relay a story regarding some great service from Bill at Arizona Silhouette.
I emailed Bill a while back about some kit parts that I had broken.
My spam filter must've block his email, because I didn't hear back from him, but he did indeed reply.
I posted my need for the parts here. Bill saw the post, sent me an email, and just sent the parts. He didn't say anything about expecting payment, just sent them with a receipt asking me to send him a check.
I only needed two little parts, but by taking care of my request, he saved me somewhere in the ballpark of $30 to replace the parts by buying the entire kits.
