I received an order from Arizona Silhouette today and as in the past delivery was quick. I had ordered 4 sable cosmetic brushes along with some other items but only received 2 brushes and was charged for 4. A quick phone call and the missing brushes are on the way.

Arizona Silhouette has always had great customer service for me too!
 
Sorry if this sounds cold, but I have always liked Arizona Silhouette too, but GREAT customer service would have been to get the order correct in the first place. Anything else is just a requirement... Just my $0.25.

+1! When I received my invoice for the order I placed today, it showed my old address after I changed both the billing and shipping address to my new address. Hopefully just a computer far*!

Out of the 20+ orders - only one had a small issue that was fixed before I could say "boo".

No one is perfect, and how they resolve those issues when they are not - indicates a lot about that company.

Some of the best packing I have ever received when ordering pen kits / blanks.
