Does anyone here go by the name Granddad's Toolchest? I have a customer who is also a customer of yours. She bought a pen from you and she says the threads are going bad on them and asked me to help. Considering I have no idea what kit it is or if you use epoxy/CA on your parts, I would be much more comfortable handing this off to you (also she lives in IL and I am in PA). Please send me a private email and I will get you her contact information.

Thanks.

Ryan,

I'm not sure, but that may be the shop name of a turner who passed away. I'm not sure, but I think Dario sent a replacement pen to the last person for whom this came up.

Dario, help me out and chime in here.

The turner was Richard (RLH) from Pennsylvania, don't expect he is the one who made this, but just FWIW. No indication of name (Granddad's toolchest) found in search.

William,

Sorry never saw this until LOML mentioned it to me. [:I]

I am not sure who Granddad's Toolchest is....but I know I replaced the pen by RLH already and the recepient is ecstatic about it [:D].
