I just got back from 8 great days of Florida sunshine. One of my highlights was meeting Steve (AKBAR24601) and having lunch with him, then on to his house where I got to go thru his pen box. Sorry for the slobber on the pens, steve. Steve is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and seeing his pens in person, well, they are even nicer than the photos show. Steve also gave me a segmented blank that he made that I am going to turn this weekend. Thanks again Steve. Oh ya, about that wooden puzzle that you gave me with no directions, I will get even, LOL.

I've not met Steve in person, but I've spoken with him often on the phone. I couldn't agree more with you, he's a great guy. I'm looking forward to meeting him one day soon.

I'm glad the weather was kind to you as well, we've had some beautiful weather the last week.

I've spoken with Steve on the Phone, some day I NEED to give my po old bones a break from this awful weather and get down to Florida, drink some of that magic water so I can make pretty pens and meet both Steve and Keith, the two of them are among my most respected artists, you know like there pen turners and then there are artists. Tribal is pretty darned good, but he lives further north than I do, I'm not doing north any more.
