Good news, Bad news (ALCH Update)

I will start with the bad news, so i can end on a positive note!


The bad news: Due to an emergency family situation, I will not be able to hand deliver the pens to the Legion n the 18th. I will have to ship them.


The good news!!!

There is almost twice as many pens as what was called for! In fact, there are enough slimlines alone to more than fit the bill! SOOOOO

I am going to ship the slimlines. I will ship them tomorrow with USPS, and post a tracking number right here on this thread. When i get my shop put back together (part of the emergency), I will finish the Sierra's that were donated, and add enough pens of my own to make quota for the second time. Then i will make a suprise visit with all of the really nice pens! The follow up pics of the campus and such will have to wait till then.

How flippin cool... I want to thank IAP again for stepping up here. I never thought a request for 2 slimlines could be so powerful! I am forever in your debt.

OK, The package was shipped with USPS today. My wife has the tracking number, but she is taking her "Kindergarten nap". As soon as she gets up, i will post the number!

Oops, I worded that wrong. The slimline pens that were donated were out of this world cool. I sent all teh slimlines so there would be little argument about who got a nicer pen. I simply don't want a 17 year old boy to get a slimline and him watch a 10 year old kid get a funtain pen or something like that.

The slimlines are amazing, and i meant no disrespect to anyone. sorry folks.

yeah, that woulda worked too!

I am going up there in the next couple of months! I would love to meet up for lunch or something! It is always fun to meet other penmakers!
