I posted this at woodworking.com too, but I want to make sure that everyone has a chance to check it out if you're bored this afternoon.
I don't know if you can even get it down there unless you have Satellite TV, but if you have a chance, you should watch the Grey Cup football game today.
It's the Canadian professional football league final, and two Cinderella teams actually made it - my local Winnipeg Blue Bombers, against the Saskatchewan Rough Riders. The Riders have the advantage because the Winnipeg QB broke his arm in the Semi=final, so the rookie is starting - first ever start, and it's in the grey cup final. It's really a good matchup, so give it a look, if you can.
It has three downs instead of four, so it makes for some really exciting football - you have to really go for it right away, or you're not going to get a first down. None of this fighting for two yards stuff that you see in the NFL!
Usually, the grey cup is on a snow covered field (they have to scrape the yard lines off = but Toronto is hosting this year, and they've got an indoor stadium (and no snow, really)...
Looking forward to it - Go Bombers!!
