Here is the difference between using a pressure pot and not.

Fill the tubes with play dough leaving just enough room for the plugs in the end....no air inside to leak out. Have you been following the thread in the casting forum: No Bubbles casting?

Try puting them in a tube and stand them up it works for me. It a shame the blanks look cool.

Hmmmmmmmm, very interesting. I am going to give that some thought. In fact, I am going to try it. Same issue with the resin. One thing could fix it for both.

The flames are supposed to be the top part of a bullet pen for our car club.

That is an issue. I have tried that. It seems to slow down the cure time tremendously.
