An engineer says you'd have a container inappropriately sized for its contents.

But tell me. If a tree falls in a forest, and a man alone is there to hear it fall, is it still the man's fault?

No...It just means she gets the bottom half and you get the top half![:D]

Well you have thrown us a curve as it is hard to judge by your description. If her glass is a shot glass, and yours is a 44oz big-gulp glass, then you would definitely be drunker than she is. or vice-versa. You would need to calculate the volume of each glass, =taking into account the conical shape and multiplying by the right co second to get the accurate volume. This can be found by multiplying the circumference by pi at top and bottom and then the height to get the level of liquor. You would also need to account for the proof of the liquor to get the total amount of alcohol and then take into account the temperature because if one is chilled and one is warmed, the chilled would have more alcohol content due to the expansion of the molecular structure of the liquor. Then you would have to allow for the body weight of the individual drinking the liquor and their propensity for handling alcohol and.... my head hurts I need another drink. [:D]
