Albeit I am very late in posting these photos, I am nonetheless extremely grateful for these two pens which Steven (Skiprat) gave me during his recent visit. I believe they are both resins created by Dawn Kizer (PR_Princess). The ballpoint pen extends and retracts via the finial. Removal of the finial also facilitates replacement of the refill.

Man Lou, those are nice. Those will be great additions to your collection. Wished I had a Skiprat original, you lucky dog.
 
Geting pens from other turners is one of my favorite gifts. I sort of have a collection of them going. I am also making a collection of my own pens but I can be pretty easily convinced to sell one of those. I woudl never consider parting with one of my gift pens though. Not only are these gifts form anouther turner but they are stunning looking pens as well. thanks for sharing them.
 
Beautiful pens. Thats cool that you get to add some pens to your collection that are the combined results of two very talented people.
 
When he visits me, I don`t get a pen![V] All he does is eat all my cookies and drinks loads of coffee!;):D

All joking aside, they are great pens and are a very kind gesture!:D
