Hi everyone, i'm fairly new to pen turning, well in my first year, and really have fallen in love with the process.
I look forward to learning amongst the worlds best makers here.
Thanks!

Hi Casey !! . Those are very nice pens !!! . What wood is on the group of three pens in picture #5 ? .

Welcome to IAP !!

Where in Oz do you live ? . I lived for 12 years in Adelaide.

Hi mate, thanks for the kind words.
The 3 in pic 5 are chardonnay grapevine from the client's vineyard. She sent me some lumber, i made pens out of it. They came up really nice.
I'm in Gisborne Victoria, born and bred. 41 years old.
Adelaide is beautiful. My wife and i spent half of our honeymoon in the Barossa Valley.
Cheers mate.

Casey, Great looking pens! I too am into my 1st year of pen turning. A very addicting hobby. I'm somewhat jealous of your woods. I did pick up some Jarrah in Perth when I was there several years ago. You do nice work!

Welcome from Texas, Casey. Be sure to check out some of our BASH contests. I think you might do well in some of them.

G'day Casey,

Welcome to the IAP family from your friend in South Australia.

Thank you also for following my suggestion of joining in, you will enjoy being among these fine groups of people.

Best of luck,

PS: Lots of beautiful pens on those pics, I think I recognised some of the blanks...! ;) đź‘Ť

Cheers
George
