Gatsby ?

I just put together a Gatsby. I decided to try it instead of a Sierra. It went together just fine but I have a question about the mechanism. When I twist to advance the mechanism it comes out just fine but when I twist it to go back it won't go back in without pressing on the tip. Is there something I did wrong? I called Penn State but my cell phone hung up on them while talking to their tech support and I really didn't feel like waiting on hold again. He was asking me to take the upper part off and try it when we got disconnected. But I can't pull it off like the Sierra's. It seems more like a press fit then the Sierra was. Anyone else have this problem?

I did try several different refills and all of them did the same thing.

I think I fixed it. I had to play with the spring a little bit and it appears to work now. No need to worry. Ignore the above post, lol.
